Summary of articles of association of shabestars health donators 1- shabestars association of health donators is founded to provide a platform for public participation in good-will efforts through matching intellectuals and donators to help patients in need and medical centers. 2- This association is a civil institute running non-political non-profit activities and it does not depend on any political party . 3- This association has an independent legal and non-state identity , i.e. its financial resources are collected from individuals donation eaneh, moghofat, sols, nazr membership fee, and other authorized domestic or international supports. 4- This association is established to : - develop the good-will efforts among people and direct them to health sector, - promote the spirite of cooperation and among donators and people, - support the scientific and educational centers of the area, - support the local patients in need, - establish ties whit domestic and international donated- run institution according to current laws of Islamic republic of iran - establish ties whit domestic and international donated-run institution to gain their financial and non-financial support. 5- The member of this association are: (a) members of general assembly (b) informal members of the association (the informal member include individual or donators who can not attend the meeting of the general assembly due to distance, etc). 6- The initial general assembly consists of 90 persons, selected from local individuals in shabestar and its number may increase if required and if it is approved by the general assembly. 7- The general assembly will select one person as chairman and one meeting secretary. 8-the regular meeting of general assembly will be held once a year and the regular meeting will be held once a season. 9- The emergency meeting of the association will be held through a call made by general assembly or the managing committee or one third of the general assembly. 10-the association has a managing committee including 7 main members and 2 reserved members who are selected from the members of the general assembly. 11- In the firs meeting the managing committee selects one member as chairman one member as treasurer and one secretary 12-the managing committee within one week selects a managing director out of its members . The managing director is the associations fully authorized representative . 13- the general association selects one person as the main inspector and one person as the reserved inspector . 14-The managing director shall follow the provision approved by the general assembly and managing committee and his/her duties and powers are stipulated in the articles of association. 15-this was a summery of the main articles of association prepared in 4 section 52articles 32 subdivision (23pages) and it was approved and registered by the general assembly. 16- You are kindly requested to send the full address and phone / fax number of your organization/association to us.
